AT: Wilkie doing some sort of magic

An art trade half for Echoshwave he wanted me to draw his squid character, Wilkie! Of course I took alot of thought what setting he would be in. I remember he did mention that he knows magic tricks of sort so I figure I'd make him a magician and summon lots of bubbles and silly skiptop got caught in a bigger bubble~ I didn't really realize he wanted only one character so I'd make it up and add a little bonus skiptop and a few fish in the background. Can you spot a certain famous fish in the background?
